Browse on store.abigailwoods.nl and choose an item of your choice.
Place the item in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or go to the payment page.

Billing and shipping address

On the payment page, you can specify a different delivery address than your billing address. Handy if your order is a gift or you would like to receive it on the office.

No shipping or return costs above €100

Abigail Woods considers it to be very important that you can feel and try our clothes at home. We therefore charge no costs for sending and returning within The Netherlands when you place an order of €100 or more.

Payment Methods

Choose a payment method. At Abigailwoods.nl you can pay by credit card, iDeal payment or transfer the money to our bank account.

Control and dispatch

Upon receipt of your payment, we will check your item and make it ready for transport. We are committed to working with a delivery time of 2-3 business days after your payment is received. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Obviously, returning to Abigailwoods.nl is also very simple;


Step 1.     Indicate that you wish to terminate the agreement

It might happen that you are not satisfied with your order. In this case, within the period of fourteen (14) days after you received the product, you need to indicate in writing to Abigail Woods that you wish to terminate the agreement.

Step 2.     Return the product

You must return the goods within fourteen (14) days after the dissolution of the agreement in step 1 to the return address determined by Abigail Woods. You can make use of our return form. Please use for returning the original, undamaged packaging and packaging materials. Products whose seal is broken cannot be returned (see additional information).
We will then refund the order amount within fourteen (14) days after your notification of your return on the condition that the product has been received in good condition and within this period by Abigail Woods.
For further information on terminating the agreement, we kindly refer to Article 9 of our terms and conditions.

Additional Information

Please pay attention! We consider clothing of which the hangtag seal or hangtag ribbon is broken / cut or where the hangtag is no longer present to be worn. In this case we cannot accept a return and consequently send the product back to you and charge you the cost of shipping. Furthermore you cannot claim any refund.
